Hey guys, I'm a 15 year old male and I honestly think I have hypoglycemia ( low blood-sugar)
My symptoms typically occur during high adrenaline/ stress situations, or long periods of no sleep.
Symptoms include:
deliria
Numbness / tingly feeling in the extremities
Visual hallucinations
fatigue
An " out of body" feeling
Shakiness and unsteadiness
Lack of reasoning and judgment
Do yall agree with my 'self-diagnoses' .. ( I DO plan on seeing a doctor soon... In about 3 weeks) . Do any of you have the same problem? Ways to combat the symptoms? Thanks a lot!

You can test this theory by testing your own blood sugar level with a glucose meter. the determined reading you want for a non-Diabetic would be between 60-100. Anyting higher than that means you should be checked ASAP, not in a few weeks. Hypoglycemia is normal in adults who are active, under stress or just have a lifestyle change. I've had Juveile Diabetes for 20 years, so my life is different but i do experience hypoglycemia frequently. Just intake carbs, and you will be fine in a few minutes. Or a sugar source, but not chocolate. Chocolate has protiens that slow down sugar intake and it would take longer for it to raise your blood sugar level to an appropriate level.
Do not go buy a glucometer, you have no reason to buy and test your own blood sugar levels.
Those are NOT symptoms of hypoglycemia. Look up the symptoms and you will see that for yourself.
