i think i'm going crazy?
well, i don't get along with my dads girlfriend and lately one of her daughters have been mean towards me, and the other two and me have been normal. lately though, they moved in, and i was not a supporter of this before, but now, i have been acting a lot different to myself and towards everyone. i have been angry and sad over my mothers death, sadder then ever. my dad has been very understanding of me not being able to adjust easily. i just want to know how i can be happier again like i am only when i am around my friends.

How long has it been since your mom passed away? That is a very hard blow to deal with, so give yourself time. Life is stressful - just be kind to yourself and don't over analyze everything you are feeling and thinking. Just work through each day at a time. I know, easier said than done! Is there someone you can talk to who is not involved in any of this, like a third party? IE: school counselor, an adult you know and trust? It's completely normal to feel like you're going crazy... this WORLD is crazy and so are a lot of the people in it. Another suggestion - try to find a support group, either in person or online, for people going through the death of a loved on. Grief is a strange thing and having other people who are going through the same thing can really help give you some perspective. Hang in there. Time does heal. Best of luck and take care of yourself.
When you are at home and feeling really down...Go somewhere by yourself. A place where you can enjoy being there. You can go to the movies, or park or you and your friends can go somewhere fun. You can also visit your relatives, even spend the night at their house. You have to pick a place that would put a smile on your face. I am really sorry you lost your mother. She is looking down from heaven and want you to continue to live a full happy life. You don't have to be home where you are unhappy. If you having trouble deciding what to do, write down the things you enjoy the most. This will give you some idea on what to do. When you are at home, go to youtube and listen to the music you enjoy. Some good music can take you out of the world. God bless
If you feel like you have been torn up inside out, outside in, reversed, then had petrol pumped into your veins and had it set alight feeling the full burn inside you and the pressure in your head, you are normal
If you don't have any of these feelings or anything like them ever until you are over 30, you are crazy
When you've had them, you can always make sure you don't get them again, and only you know how to make things better
