being bipolar doesn't exactly mean you have mood swings.

To be bipolar you generally go through waves of depression and mania in repeating cycles. The waves on average last several months before your mood will change from one to the other.

Therapy is not a quick fix, or an antibiotic that cleans an infection out. It's a prolonged, reparative process.

This doesn't seem like bipolar disorder - you don't seem to be experiencing mania (or hypomania) or depression.
