So i have braces

But ive only had my tOp brace in for a while, not been wearing my bottom one due to a cut in my lip where it had been

Recently gotta cold so been sneezing hell of a lot tonight i sneezed and the top brace hit my tooth on the bottom and it started to bleed and become wobbly- whatvi do now ?!?!?

Oh btw my next appointment is in october -.- and my bottom brace no longer fit my gum (yeah ik i ****** up)

But what can do?!?! Help pleaseeeee thnx
