I'm 16 too, and really, people are right when they say that hormones start to go in uh... overdrive... then. Having sex with a womam will probably make you feel even more confused, especially in a society, and maybe with an ubringing, that condemns it. Of course I can't tell you what to do, but when you're perfectly calm and uninfluenced, think about how you would feel if you acted on this..
Stick with friends you know well, honey, not the Internet, it's way too dangerous for you. If you're not sure about this and just testing the waters, I'd suggest just hanging out with girls you like and get to know them better, not immediately look for something physical to happen. The physical part doesn't mean anything, it just feels good, almost no matter what or who, it won't tell you much about what you want to know about yourself. If a friendship blossoms into something more, then you'll know.
at least wait until the age of legal consent before you start messing around with stuff like that, else it's illegal and could wind up with you, your partner, or both of you ending up in court/prison.
