okay so i have a very flat stomach and im in shape from running, lacrosse practice and working out at the gym. but i hate my legs. im only 5'2 and im 16 how do i thin my thighs? i hate them! please help me! also i have wide hips which is also a problem(obviously theres nothing i can do about that)

Don't worry about it. If you are thin and fit, then I'm sure your legs are fine. Every woman has a different physique, it's all about genetics. Genetics dictates how and where fat is deposited or metabolized as well as muscle development. Chances are your thighs appear "big" because of your muscular development from working out. Usually when you lift weights adding weight will increase muscle size, whereas less weight but more reps will create a toned look so you could try that and see if it helps.
If you have an IPod, or IPhone download Nike Training Centre and do the leg workouts. The App is free and works very well.
Other wise Just do squats. Be sure to keep your back straight and your chest up.
Go ona diet. By this i mean control your average fat consumption... Eat more vegetables and dairy product(not too much it contains fat) exercise everyday:)
