I like brown eyes and blonde hair...I would say grow your hair long and let it be wavy, you don't need to straighten it EVERY day. As far as your tan, you probably don't need a lot of makeup, which is a good thing!

I am by no means a makeup guru but I think your eyes would look really pretty in greenish hues.

I wouldn't pierce my nose if I were you...could you just put more piercings in your ears, or update your jewelry collection?

Well you pretty much can't do a whole lot with your facial features if I were you I would go for the bold clothing persona.

Try wearing BOLD nekelaces and earings. (Don't overdo accesories of course).

get a small henna tattoo (of course it will go away in a few weeks but I dont' believe in permanent tattoing I like it better than the nose ring).

have you ever seen what not to wear? start dressing more sophisticated. (it sounds like you are in yor late teens). or at least with a little umf!

also makeup never hurt anyone. try mascara with green eyeshadow! Also stop straightenining your hair straight her is out wavy hair is in. also try a light purple or red lipstick. Lipgloss is kind of old.

Get some curl enhancing shampoo or something, the "Just got out of bed look" is in now. Don't wear the heavy black eyeliner either..try just mascara..go more natural in the summer
