I workout regularly & diet is decent. I'm not over weight & body fat % is in desirable catagory also, but my thighs are big! Mostly muscle but I'm sure there's fat thar could be spared lol :) I'm wondering how to slim them smaller?!? It seems like the more leg exercises I do the bigger my quads & hamstrings get. ESP hamstrings, they're big!! Do I just need to accept the way God made me? :)

as long as your leg exercises are all dont with your own body weight like lots of Squats, try doing 25 with toes pointing foward, then 25 with toes pointing as far out as you can, and 25 more with toes facing inward and the last 25 facing front again
