How can i claim travel insurance?
I was scheduled for a flight form Nairobi on 7th August 2013, due to the fire in the airport we were taken to Tanzania in a bus by Qatar airways and taken to Doha. We had a travel insurance done and it says benefits in travel delay , travel interruption. Can I claim for this benefit, if yes under which condition? Travel delay or Trip interruption.

You had a travel interruption policy but an alternate arrangement was provided. As you were not out of pocket you have no claim.
