I have a Hitachi Travelstar 60 GB 4200 RPM ATA/IDE hard drive (model # E182115) in my Dell Inspiron 6000 and I want to upgrade to a Seagate 80 or 100 GB HDD, but when I look on newegg.com, the pictures that they show don't look like they would fit in my computer. The connectors look all wrong. HELP!

IT SHOULD WORK
AS LONG AS THE CONFIGURATION IS ACCURATE- EMAIL THEM AND ASK IF IT WOULD FIT?
GO WITH THE 100 G--BUT OUCH THOSE PRICES ARE AWEFUL!
I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SEAGATE 100 G ON EBAY FOR UNDER 100 -- AND IT WAS GUARANTEED- JUST PERFECT IN EVERTHING!!
Use must use a laptop hard drive.(2.5 inch form factor)
Also it can either be ATA or SATA type. Yours is ATA
For example 2 listed:
