High level gymnasts?? ?
I'm a high level all around gymnast and i train about 30 hours a week. any other gymnasts, how many hours a week are you at the gym?
Update:yeah 30 hours is a lot. its actually 26-28 a week i go! its not too bad. durring the week i go from 3:30-7:30 and on weekends from 11:00-2:30 so i still have my weekend nights to be with firends. and the evenings on weekdays for family.

Well i'm a level eight and right now I go 16 hours a week. The maximum hours you can go on my team is 23.
6-8 hrs in the gym a week. 30 hrs in the gym is a lot, How do you have time with your friends, school and family? If your commited to it though I can kind of understand.
