High BHCG Level 8,899?
I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant, my beta level was 8,899 which is high according to the doctor. 1st ultra sound was today but it was too early to hear a heartbeat she indicate that I'm not having fraternal twins but my egg could split and I could have identical, she would know better next time, how likely is it that I could be having twins if my levels are high now?

The ranges your HCG could be during weeks 5 to 6 are very wide. It does sound extremely high. Which may be a high possibility of twins. When I was pregnant I checked every website possible to see if my levels fell with in the ranges. Don't stress about it. You may just be blessed with 20 fingers and 20 toes. Twice the love.
I would check out some websites that list HCG levels to maybe get some comfort.
