I told this girl that I like her maybe 3-4 weeks ago. When I told her that I liked her I was asking if she wanted to come do something with me over text, but she asked me why I was wanting to hang out with her all of a sudden since we don't so I reluctantly told her that yeah I do like you. The way she replied sounds to me that she does like me.
Her response was "Since when? I always thought you didn't like me. Lol."
Later on she said "Yeah I mean you don't act like you do lol"
I have asked her about 2 weeks ago if we could talk one day after school but she said she was busy. I just want to ask her if she feels the same way, even though I'm pretty sure that the answer will be "no", but I haven't spoke to her since then. So if I were to ask her if we could talk again after school some time do you think that I would sound like a creep or desperate? I just want to know how she feels about me.

Don't ask. If you ask, you'll sound like a creep or desperate. Just say to her. "I need to talk to you." Or "I need to ask you something."
Take control of the situation; it's sexy :D Also, it'll probably tip the ice berg if she's deciding whether or not she likes you.
Don't panic over it so much, that's what caused me to do bad when i was in high school. Acting desperate does not really help either; don't give her an ultimatum either they hate that. Just be really chill and relaxed and you know every couple of days hang out with her at school and gradually talk to her more and more. Just don't jump out of nowhere and say you like her, it tends to scare them off. I hope this helps and anybody else willing to jump in on this answer go for it.
