I really like this guy, but he doesn't know I exist. I need help on how I can get him to notice and like me.

I'm really pretty, and other guys say I'm hot, but the guy I like doesn't notice me at all. Also, pretty much every other girl in the grade likes him. I like him soooooooooooo much!! PLz help! I don't know what to do. I've tried flirting and making eye contact but he never ever talks to me.
