On the next pic http://www.flickr.com/photos/95428517@N05/91702337... the angle B is equal to angle C (wich is alpha). I saw this on the resolution, but i didnt understand it why. The sides AB and AC are equal, that means the triangle is isoceles(thats is informed on the question). I just want to know whe angle B and C are equal . thanks.

The base angles B and C of isosceles triangle ABC are equal because they are corresponding angles of the congruent triangles ABX and ACX formed by altitude segment AX. ABX and ACX are congruent because they are both right triangles with equal hypotenuse AB=AC and one side AX=AX.

I don't believe your figure has enough information to show that ALPHA has any particular relationship to angles B or C.
Yes, they are equal. They both extend the equal chords.
