You need to tell him to back off. But if she does dump you for him, then she wasnt worth it to begin with. You sound like you are about my age, and relationships dont last very long at out age, so if they do end up going out they will break up sooner then they got together. Then you can move on and find someone better and more deserving of you. But I would also talk to her about it, and make sure she knows whats going on. More than likely she will think that your friend is a jerk for wanting you two to break up, and side with you.
