Some people just can't stomach the stuff too well, me being one of them. Definitely do not take more than a bottle your first time. You could end up just getting extremely sick and having a horrible time. That actually happens to some people who only take a bottle.

It's not the taste of the syrup that makes you sick, it's more the effects of the drug. It gives you "the spins", which makes you really dizzy and nauseous. I didn't like it at all personally.

I've heard citric acid can help the nausea but I don't have any experience with that, just something I read online.

Make sure DXM is the only chemical in the bottle too.

Ok, first of all, the throwing up is just a side effect from it. Some people can stomach it, some can't. I have never thrown up but I've felt sick before. It should go away if you ignore it. I does taste horrible though. If you start feeling ill just lay down and try not to think about it, it should go away. Drink some water.

My advice is either mix it with a soda like sprite, creaming soda etc and just force yourself to drink it OR just shot it like you would alcohol then use a soda chaser.

DO NOT use anything that has other active ingredients besides DEXTROMETHORPHAN HYDROBROMIDE! If you do, you will probably end up in hospital. Use Robutussin DX Dry Forte or Vicks 44 Dry.

There are different effects you can get with dxm depending on how much you take. 50ml of syrup: Happiness, confidence, talkative, like being drunk. 100ml of syrup: trouble walking and doing things, world feels different, small hallucinations. 200ml of syrup: in a world of your own, hallucinate, intense.

It takes about an hour to start and two/three to peak.

u can take Coricidin Cough and Cold...get the purple box...its purple and white...its contains 30mg of dxm 16 pills..thats a 2nd plateau high...that is enough to trip u out...its also contains 4 mg of CPM...that wont do any damage because even at 64 mg there is no chance of death...why? because there are other pills dat contain 250 mg of CPM alone and that never does anything...trust me...DO NOT GET ANY OTHER PILLS...its very intense the 1st time..out of body experiences if u are searching for them...and try this!!! try it!!! close ur eyes at the moment u start trippin...and keep them close and u will have closed eye visuals its amazing!!!! also u cannot talk on them..its very hard,walkin it like robot walkin,and ur heart will go crazy..but its really just beatin faster..but dont freak out...it beats as if u were runnin but YOU will feel it going crazy...thats about it....syrups are nasty...and now they added a chemical that makes u throw up if u take too much...but if ur crazy enough get a 8 oz bottle of Robitussin DM..or the one that contains nothin but DXM Hbr...also if u want to take the taste away get a small sprite and mix it with it..make sur eu got more sprite that syrup and drink it under 5 minutes...all of it...or u can always get Delsym...it tastes like Citrus(some fruit) its around 14 dollars for a big bottle and it trips u out big time...its in a way better than regular DXM bcuz it lastes longer and its not as intense..but ur first choice is that purple box...get those and take all 16...happy trippin..i got 32 in my room right now :D
