Okay.. I've looked around and I don't know what to call it. So I'm looking for a CSS tutorial that will explain how to move things around on a page. Like a profile. Y'know how some people move the.. "Login" button, for example, to the other side of the page. I don't understand how you can do that when it's not your site to edit. *Such a newbie at this.*

I don't think css is everything you're looking for.
Cascading Style Sheets are a W3C recommended language for defining style (such as font, size, color, spacing, etc.) of web documents, but not there position etc.
However, if you mean color, font, size etc. then you could look at the sources below...
... I don't quite understand. When do you want things to "move"?
Or do you mean position? I personally tend to use the margin attributes (margin-top, margin-bottom, margin-left, margin-right)...
However, if you want things to move when a particular event happens, you need javascript.
(eg: when you hover over a given picture the login moves elsewhere)
The image tag in question has to have the onmouseover attribute specified.
I really don't understand what you're referring to, as I never seen anything like that. Besides, even if I had, it's not a particularly good thing to do this. Most visitors could be annoyed by such things.
