CSS, HTML, Photoshop CS5?
I am trying to learn it really good at home. I am wondering if there are any professional certifications I could get (maybe even online) as soon as I get to that level (something like language ones: TOEFL, CAE, CPE etc)

For CSS and HTML you can study and be quizzed on the programs at http://w3schools.com/
You can then take a study that will get you certified in these languages.
As for the Photoshop what the guy above me said is good.
