Can anyone suggest a website for graphics cards or a graphics card for a cheap price which would allow me to play games on my PC? Just in case it matters I have a Windows Vista, try to dumb down any computer terminology as I can't understand any of it. Also, are they easy to install? Is it just simple unscrew and put in? Or do I have to undergo even more stuff?

Would this incredibly cheap one I found a while ago do the trick?

http://newegg.com/ is one of the better/more popular sites for buying hardware. You'll want to check online to see what's currently recommended, the tech changes all the time.
Video card installation is fairly straightforward. You put it in the slot and you screw it in. If you have a really fancy card, you'll have to plug in a power cable.
