1) does he talk to you everyday?

2) does he try to get your attention a lot?

3) have you ever caught him starring at you more than once?

4) has he ever been all feely (like put his arm next to yours, put his hand on your shoulder, put his arm around you, etc)

He just wants you to laugh or he thinks you are acting like you were not before. I had this happen to me and it turns out he liked my friend. I didn't rele care because i thought it was kind of annoying.
