I have been doing mma for about half a year, mostly Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing,. I just recently started lifting 4 times a week. Now I am joining the wrestling team at my school. my question is will all this be too much? Or will I just get in great shape? Saturday would be a complete rest day. Monday and thursday I would be lifting, going to wrestling practice, then going to mma practice, spread throughout the day.

yeah should be fine mate, as long as you have that saturday rest day. but if you want you can lift 3 times a week instead and just do compound exercises, but to be honest its fine the way it is now as i said before as long as you have a rest day.

make sure not to under eat, eat a good amount.
