I have been doing mma for about half a year, mostly Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing,. I just recently started lifting 4 times a week. Now I am joining the wrestling team at my school. my question is will all this be too much? Or will I just get in great shape? Saturday would be a complete rest day. Monday and thursday I would be lifting, going to wrestling practice, then going to mma practice, spread throughout the day.

i wish i did that when i was in school but no you working you ground game and you getting rip and no body would **** with you
