Hi, I am 16 years old. Im about 5'9 and weight 135. I got 8.6 body fat and im wrestling this year. Im very good and im thinking about bulking up to 160. I know i wont beable to put that much muscle in a short period of time but i was wondering if I'm working out correctly to become ripped. Lately I have been going to the gym using this workout routine http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/26-doug-... After every session I feel burns in my muscle so i assume it is working well. Also yesterday i went to GNC with my mom and bought GNC multivitamins, Jack3d, Muscle Milk Protein shake, and BSN Cell Mass. I will be using all these products to help bulk. Please feel free to give me ur opinion on if i am doing things correctly.... Thanks

I looked at the training routine you mention, and don't think it's the correct training plan for your goals. The purpose of the plan, as stated in the plan itself, is cutting, your goal is bulking. The fact that you feel a muscle burn after working out really means nothing if the workout is not in synch with your goals.
That being said, given that you're a wrestler, what is bulking going to help you with? I have a couple of recommendations for a training plan:
1. Find a training plan that focuses on strength. As your strength increases and you move heavier weights, you will add muscle mass.
2. Your plan should not only build raw strength, but explosive strength. I've included links to 2 westside barbell articles that talk about explosive strength. In my opinion, explosive strength is the most important approach to weight training for athletes in many sports.
3. Make sure you include a strong conditioning element to your training program.

My major complaint with the routine you posted is that there are many exercises that are designed for people looking for a bodybuilder physique (flies, pec deck, cable crossovers) and too many isolation exercises (bicep curls, leg extensions, leg curls). These exercises will have minimal carry-over into your wrestling.
I think your emphasis should be on the larger compound exercises: squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows; and executing them with explosive power.
On the topics of supplements:
1. Multivitamins are a good add.
2. Protein is a good add. Use it to supplement your diet, though, not replace meals. A good approach is to use it shortly after your workout.
3. I wouldn't highly recommend the Cell Mass. Nothing against the product, but I don't think bulking is in your best interest if your primary aim is to be the best wrestler. - My opinion.
4. I'm also not a big fan of products such as Jack3d. If you become dependent on products to give you the energy you need to power through your workout, you'll be at a disadvantage when you really need it - in your competition. Train your body to function optimally without that type of product, energy drinks, NO supplements, etc. - My opinion.
Don't think you're too far off, but I'd recommend reassessing your goals and tweak your approach to line up with those goals.
Good luck.
No, you're not training correctly. You're doing a workout routine to get ripped, but you want to gain 25 lbs. Lower the reps and increase the weight.
Next, forget all that GNC crap. Just eat right and eat lots. Get a gram or so of protein per pound of body weight, and the rest carbs and fat. Calculate your caloric requirements, add 500, and shoot for that many calories a day. You'll gain.
yeah it sounds good! great that your supplmenting.. that is going to help u.. your going to do well.
just remeber to train each session for 40-60 mins and go for reps of 4-6, 6-8
train each muscle once a week.....
be aggressive
