yesterday i skipped breakfast and right after gym i started to feel weird. my stomach was acting weird and so was my mouth. I kept thinking but i mean alottttt that i was going to gag. It didn't happen, but that's all i've been thinking about lately. Right after gym, my stomach starts to feel weird and that's when i panic and feel like im going to throw up or gag. What should i do? I really think this happens because I'm just thinking too much? Or is it something else ? Today, the same thing happened. helpp !

I think you need to have a little something on your stomach: a heavy meal just before exercise isn't a good thing, but neither is working out without refueling your body.
You may be feeling a lot of anxiety. Try to settle yourself down. Take slow, deep breaths. Inhale to the count of eight. Exhale to the count of eight. Close your eyes and try to relax all the muscles in your body. I hope you will be doing better. Take Care.
