Am I going through puberty?
Hi, my name is Mark and I was wondering if I was going through puberty. I'm 14 years old and a freshman. I don't really have arm pit hair but if I look closely I can see some kind of starting to grow. Some people say that my voice kind of sounds like its changing but it doesn't to me. I have hair in my area down below but not like bushy. I get occasionally get zits but not that much. I was just wondering if I hit puberty yet, please answer soon and fast! And if I'm not in puberty can you estimate if I am going to hit it soon? Thanks!

Congratulationss Mark ! You are beggining to start on your puberty and it is going to continue until your about 18-19 years old more zits will come , your voice is going to become deeper , your hair will become more longer coarser and bushier and you will become more sexually active and have lots of hormone boosts and your private area parts will begin to grow you'll even begin to grow some facial hair pretty soon . It is a little late, but also not unexpected as humans are developing into a longer living species, so we will be maturing more slowly at the beginning. In the Bible, it speaks of a child of 100 years of age playing upon the den of the viperous snake. Studies show that women who did not have their first child until they were in their 30 live an average of 100 years with few significant medical problems. Since birth control was just a sheep skin in those days, the belief is that these women simply matured slower and their bodies were not ready for carrying a child until then.
