ohkay, i need help.

theres this guy that i dated 2 years ago. and i had to dump him because my parents. balhblahalb.

and now i started talking to him like 2 months ago and eventually i was like yeah i still like you and he said damn me too and alll that...

but everytime we hang out he makes up some lame last minute excuse? and i always have to text him first or whatever.

im guessing he really isnt in to me and just getting me back for dumping him?
