This is more of a fantasy then anything. But im in hopes of having a "sweet sixteen" am doing plans. i am having problems coming up with a theme.. and im keeping all my plans as cheap as could be so if my mom finally agrees to me having we arent spending a fortune on this party. so any theme ideas? it would be greatly appreciated.
