My computer has a virus and I need urgent help. It keeps showing up with this this message about 00tag.exe
No listing using Google. May be a virus.

You didn't give me much info except the file name so I can't help you much. Some other time, be more specific like threat name or what your anti virus picks up.
This might help you a bit:
1. Download and install MBAM from http://malwarebytes.org/ (free version!!!)
2. Do a full scan on all drives except empty disk drives.
3. Select Remove all threats once done scanning.
