My eBay is restricted by MC999 problem? What can I do?
So, I have one problem with ebay. I got a message: MC999 Your eBay account is restricted. I really do not know why. I just sold only 10 clothes at this month. Can anyone give me some advise please?
I call to eBay like 10 times, but still same answer: they do not know what is the problem with my account.

MC999 usually means that you are being rated as a below-standard seller.

Sometimes restrictions get placed onto an account due to incorrect category listings, complaints from purchasers, lack of listings etc.
If THEY don't know, how can WE know? Duh.
EDIT: First, it's ADVICE, and 2nd the only possible advice we could give is to call or email Ebay. No one here can help.It's not harsh so much as just tired of non-answerable questions with poor spelling.
