My friend just asked if I would consider going on a trip with an EF College Break tour. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if there are hidden costs or anything? Also, do you pay per person or is for groups of people? The trip we would like to take is about $3025 and I don't think I would be able to pay that myself, however if it was split 3 or 4 ways it would not be so bad. Also, if you went on one of these trips did you have fun? Thanks

I went with EF College Break to Greece last summer and it was amazing. There are no "hidden costs" just the "departure fee" that are passed on to you from the airlines, basically the airplane taxes and fees. You are paying per person, but you will be a part of a group. So basically, you are paying for yourself, but you are traveling with other people. Greece was REALLY beautiful, I think it is the most beautiful place I have ever been in my life. It had perfect powder white sand beaches, and clear blue water that I had only seen in post cards before. I had the best time there. Any way, I really hope you get to go, because I found it to be a really great experience. i actually got a job with EF College Break, and you can use my discount code, it is West2009 and saves you $50 off any trip. I know it doesn't seem like much in the grand scheme of things, but every little bit helps. If you have any questions about my trip or anything, feel free to contact me. :)

EF did a class trip for my class last spring break. The cost of the tour depends on the amount of people, it is less per person if more people go.
As far as fees, there is optional insurance, a cell phone scam (if you have AT&T call them and ask to enable global roaming)instead), and a $95 membership fee to EF that will not be charged if you choose to go with them on any more tours ever.
Use my referral code and get $100 off any ef college break trip! It expires March 2015! It is: ZAU832
