I am a female I am 21 I weight 135 to 140 my height is 5'7 my pants size is a 7.
i work out every other day sometimes everyday . I dont over eat I dont drink pop or eat candy junk food. I eat alot of fruit all the time I eat oat meal to make sure I dont get diabetes.
am I overweight and unhealthy ?
Should I lose 20 or 30 pounds?

Find a BMI calculator online and work it out from there. BTW eating oatmeal won't stop you getting diabetes- oatmeal is just a particularly good food to eat, compared to other foods that you might eat at the same occasion such as toast for breakfast, for keeping your blood sugar stable between meals. Keeping a reasonable weight for your height and staying fit is the only thing you can to to help prevent diabetes but some people still go on to get it.
