If you're looking for professional looking results, you'll have to deal with professional services but likewise those places only work with professionals as well. I currently use Miller's lab for my books and right now is currently looking into Asuka. Miller's will ask you for your business TIN number to verify but Asuka is only asking for some samples of your work. You can show them via your website if you have one or email them a couple of sample. I would imagine that the work would have to be par with that of a professional. I don't know what level you are at. You might be able to past by Asuka.
For the photos use acid loose spray glue specifically for photos, as spoke of above. For e book binding use specific! glue - available at artwork furnish shops. This glue is water soluble, non-acidic, and reversable-liked by utilizing restorers and historians.
