Chicago is a fine example of this as well. It's neighborhoods are usually culturally segragated, but the city is HOME to many ethnic and cultural groups. Most people know that say, Andersonville is mainly white yuppies, Wicker Park is mostly Latino and Serbian, From the earliest Native Americans settlers, to the Irish, Germans, and English, and the more recent Middle Easterners, South Asians, Caribbean, Hispanic, Orthodox Jews and African Americans, many groups have settled in Rogers Park and West Ridge.
The Near West area known as Little Village is a mix of Latino and Greek.
Bucktown is an up and comming Upper Middle class neighborhood near a lot of the North side colleges and Universities.
There's also neighborhoods which are named after their predominant cultural heritages: Greektown, Chinatown, Boystown (if you don't know what or where this is...ask)..etc
Cleveland, I've heard is similar in that it can call itself host to many cultural groups even though they are usually found in concentrations in and around certain neighborhoods.
