that should be ok i spent a month in Saigon this year and still didn't run out of things to do. but saying that i can ride a motorbike in the city which as you will find out the roads are madness. Saigon is full of mixed reviews i stayed in district7 which is pretty quiet but close to the city if i stayed in dist1 i would have only lasted a week or so. but the city does have heaps of things to see and do you just need to team up with a local or a local expat who can show you the ropes. but to answer your question 3 full days is fine and im sure you wont run out things to do. food in Saigon is some of the best in nam so if you do run out of things to do eat- swim eat swim sleep. there is a big pool in dist 7 which is cheap to get into i cant remember where but i think there is only 1 pool there. that is about 10 min on a motorbike taxi and about 15-20 in a mormal taxi. and the small chair restaurants have great food starting at next to nothing prices it is just a gamble sometimes you will end up with frog soup------ which is not to bad anyway.
