and also if i decide to stay in my old school , will they know that I moved? that the current address is not accurate? and will i get in some sort of trouble for that?
The thing is that i dunno if its worth changing, coz im doing good in my current high school, and im gonna take ap classes this year ( french and US history)

First of all, no one will mind that you moved. Most high schools in NYC no longer have zoned programs and even those that do will allow you to complete your academic career in the same school you started in, even if you move out of the zone. So if you want to stay, you can just tell them you moved (and have your parents fill out the blue card that gives the school your contact info again.)
However, 2 hours really is a very long commute!!! My daughter has just over an hour commute and, although she loves her school, she really hates getting home so late!
The Department of Education views a commute of 2 hours to be excessive and will allow a hardship transfer for a commute that long. So you might want to think about transferring, if you find the commute unbearable.
