I would be amazed if you as a swimmer have fat legs. Muscle in your legs is a good thing. Do not look at the Paris Hiltons and Olsen twins and think that you should look like that please. They are not healthy. Find some good examples of healthy women to model yourself after.

well i am in swimming and have been in competitive swimming for 9 years now, i am the same age as you so my muscles are huge but the rest of my body is slender. The way i got red of them was rdrink lotz and lotz of water, and start running or biking!! THis way running and biking will tone them makeing them look like muscles and not like fat.
