Last night me and my Mom felt a lump on Chibi, our 1 year old boston terrier. It was on her shoulder. When we would pull on her skin the lump like thing can with it.We took her to the vet today and he removed it but was unsure of the answer as to what it is.He said he would send it off and call us in 10 days. But I love my Chibi-baby so much and I just CANNOT wait...Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could have been?It just POPPED up it seems...and she has bad allergies.I pray SO much its not anything bad...

Was your dog recently vaccinated? Lumps and/or cancerous tumors have been known to appear at the injection site.
Probably just a benign (non cancerous) fatty tumor from vaccinations. Try not to worry. They are quite common especially in Boston Terriers.
Vet
my miniature schnauzer has a lump on its stomach and we're taking it to the vet soon. i don't know what it is exactly but i hope everything turns out alright
it could have been any thing, but if the vet took it away, it should be fine, just wait for them to call and let you know what it was,,, good luck with you lil pooch =^ )
Here is a website that can give you an idea of the possibilities.
It will be okay,,,,,alot of dogs get lumps, it can be a calcium deposit build up, or a little cyst, which will turn out to be nothing...........just think positive
