I really dont like my legs normally, as they seem slightly bulky/fat. but when i wear heels they appear toned. what can i do to have them like that without wearing heels without getting really muscular. also while im talking about legs, how can i naturally tan my legs, i do try to use fake tan but it seems to "fake" iv also tried the moisturiser with a hint of fake tan and i find that works a lot better but when i have a bath or shower and shave my legs it all just comes of...i cant use hair removal cream as it irritates my skin and stings...i dont tan easily hence the fact im really pale. but is their any lotions or anything i can use to help get a natural tan.

what helps for both more toned appearance and skin colour, is pantyh that simulates tanned skin. You can get them in different hues. They can be (almost) invisible. Also with toes that look good in sandals. They even the surface of your legs. An added plus is that it is a sunscreen at the same time.
I love leggings, and do wear them a lot, even in summer. But here the climate is not so hot. I even wear skinny jeans under tunics and minidresses when its summer, too. This is unbearable when its really humid hot.
Also be very particular about the length of your skirts or shorts, as every pair of legs looks its best and worst in certain lengths. You just have to do "research" to find out. Usually knee length is unflattering to most. Goes to width as well. If you feel "bulky and fat" a pencil skirt is nono.
What I find of high heels is, that if the heel is really high, then the calf muscles will start to bulk and look not so nice. So little less heel equals better looking calves (and healthier back).
Try not to obsess about your legs. You probably just remember one snide remark you heard sometime ; )
without heels, exercise will have to b the only solution
its summer so u cant use black tights or leggins to make ur legs look thinner
try to use tan-enhancing lotion from coppertone. it boosts ur tanning process a lot
sally hansen has a good selection of tanning sprays.
u can also try sally hansen's air brush for legs. it has a good finishing
not all work outs make your legs look muscular, you can try toning you legs by doing 'front kicks (helps with thighs and calves) ' back kicks (thighs and butt) and ' crescent kicks ( lower abs and thighs) also cocoa butter helps even skin tone and texture smoothing the appearance of marks and discoloration and for natural shine. Neutrogena air brush tanners sprits it from 12 inches away to avoid streak
I really like a tan spray made by Sally Hansen. It does only last about 7 days.. but you just re-spray and its very easy, looks very natural, and doesnt leave any uneven spots anywhere. Good luck!
