I just sat in the bathroom for half an hour talking to myself and yelling at myself in the mirror. I didn't mean to do it, it just kind of happened. Am I going crazy?
Well what were you saying to yourself? And no I don't think you are going crazy, if u were going crazy you wouldn't recognize you were going crazy. Don't worry, everyone has to have something to release stress or anger, and that must be yours. It's very common.

There is a difference between rational thought, irrational thought - anxiety and going crazy - paradoxical thought.
Anxious intrusive thoughts of self depreciation is wanting to know

Schizoid/schizophrenic double sided thinking or self interigation demanding expectiations of the impossible to reject. If you were for example--
"Questioning life and focusing fault on all the descions you made
out of anger blaming yourself for not knowing any outcome first
because you should....know....what you/no one knows until it happens.....
or....not plan to have any outcome if you dont know what it will be"

Shut off from outside and prefer to shut out everyone
Easier keeping to yourself with out 'unknowns' and hold everything in
Slowly dropping out of living life because you feel its safer like that
