I think I'm crazy?
Ok, I seriously think I have a problem:( I catch myself talking to myself, doing off things like making out with my hand ( very serious) I tried to cast like 5 spells before. My boyfriend said I had a problem because I watched 5 seasons of supernatural...I lie about stuff that doesn't need to be lied about. I really think I have a problem. I'm not stable.

You might be what psych doctors and general society consider not normal, but most people nowadays are not normal. If you really think you have a problem, go see a professional as none of us on the internet can properly determine if you healthy mentally wise.

Hey, you could have some sort of anxiety. I know many, many people have dealt with this. Know how they solved it? They went to their doctor and had something prescribed.
Here's what I'd recommend: "Hello, I've been feeling very nervous/anxious and it's getting to the point where I'm feeling depressed. I think I need medication or something"
(Note you can switch the feeling depressed with whatever you actually feel)
Also, realize it could just be a phase. Almost everyone goes through something like this. HOWEVER, if it does continue I would pretty much demand you head to the doctor.
