Hugo Chavez?

It leaves me in awe thinking that theres people in this world that can actually support this guy. The guy deserves to die after his comments and his hatred of democrayc. And no I am not being extreme, the guy is supporting the iranian government. The iranians are peopel who kill christians and anyone that opposes islam.

I met a lot of people in US online who think Chavez is a saint for speaking up against bush. So, if Hitler spoke against Bush would you praise him too? Geez.

Lets look at what I call the hugo facsts:

-- Cheated elections in venezeula

-- Friends with Fidel

-- Said jews needed to die and called them "zionist"

-- Went to Iran to make an anti-american speech and to support the iranian oppressive government

-- Verbally Supporst Hezbollah

-- bashes USA

-- said he wanted to become a "permanent president" one day.

So, hugo chavez supporters, how do you respond to this?

it is just amazing he bashes US when his country is full of corruption and poor people.

I do agree opposing that free trade union is a good thing because it is a secret code for globalization (see NAFTA highway)

but hugo said he wanted a globalized S.A. without the US, so he basically would want a one-world government (NWO) as long as US wasn't in it.

Iran is not misrepecented. When they kill 13 year old girls for not worshipping allah, I think we can telll how evil they are.

Also how their leader says "I'll wipe jews off the map". yeah thats misrepresented?/

Unfortunately some people believe the propaganda they are subjected to, and never bother to research the Honorable Hugo Chavez.

The USA has lost it's credibility, and is losing it's stranglehold on the rest of the world.

Hugo Chavez is a clear example of what can be achieved when countries disregard their orders from Washington:-

Over 17 million people now have access to free health care and medicines for the first time.

Over 1 million people taught to read and write.

Participation encouraged for all Venezuelans in the formation, implementation, and operation of their democracy.

Venezuela has become truly, a democracy of the people, by the people and for the people, after years of US intervention and suppression.

But of course the people in power in the USA have labeled Chavez a terrorist, communist, dictator, etc. etc.

And, who could forget, Venezuela has oil, lots of oil, enough to bring prices down.

Around the world, whenever an alternative political systems have emerged they have been brutally crushed, or isolated by our ruling elites for what they call "the threat of a good example"

Allow me to play devil's advocate. I am by no means a supporter. I do agree with his views that America flexes its emperial might too much in the world. I strongly believe that we are overextending ourselves militarily, as well as destroying all of the support we had from the rest of the world that we had right after 9/11.

I also like the fact that he opposes the Free Trade Area of the Americas, which is just a vieled attempt to bring the US into an American Union, first with Mexico and Canada, then Central America, and finally all of South America. If you don't believe this is happening, go to spp.gov, and you will see that they are already working on the NASCO super corridor that will allow shipping containers from China to enter the US via Mexican trucks.

But, I think Hugo puts it all right back into the phony capitalist vs. communist debate. Basically, we are incrementally marching towards the New World Order with a one world government. The only choice (and the only debate amongst the globalist elite banksters) is whether it will be a US-UK centric capitalist NWO or a socialist Sino-Russian NWO.

Hugo Chavez is crazy, but it seems that the Venezuelans love him for all that he has promised the poor. I find it hard to believe that they still love him despite the fact that he has done nothing that he promised. I also find the fact that he has a weekly show where he will run overtime yammering about Bush to be insane. I don't think any American of any stripe would respect a president who had a show where he just rambled on about whatever was on his mind.

I find it hard to respect him as a world leader (even Castro has a certain dignity) and see him more as a cartoon.

Maybe before hating Iranians so much, you should meet one first. I know a guy who is from Iran and he's a great person. And he says most of what media shows about his country is not true, and that his country is misrepresented by the USA. Well, he is subjective for sure and I know things are not so great there, but somehow I wanted to believe him. And Chavez...I wish there were more people in the world like him.
