You want to make sure that you don't over clean the piercing, or it will dry out. I'd keep it down to twice a day, because over cleaning it can also not allow the piercing to heal. I personally only used unscented antibacterial soap and mine healed fine. The key with the soap is it needs to not have any dyes or perfumes in it, so Dial is good, or even a store brand. You definitely want to have the one that's kind of an orange color. Sea salt isn't a bad idea, and I've heard good things about that and the H2Ocean spray. You could do sea salt in the morning and soap at night, or vice versa. Just make sure you DO NOT touch it with your hands, as the bacteria on your hands can infect the piercing. Don't mess with it when you're not cleaning it. You could use qtips to clean it, just be careful that none of the cotton gets into the piercing from the end of the qtip. Good luck, and be patient. Naval piercings take a while to heal.
Antibacterial soap only dries out your piercing. Keep doing sea salt soaks 2-3 times daily with 1 cup water as hot as you can stand it with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Hold against your piercing for 15 minutes each soak. Or you can use the spray if that is what your piercer gave you to use.
I'm not sure about that sea salt, but with all of my piercings (nose, naval, and rook) I used plain orange Dial soap. Put some on your fingers and scrub until it's sudsy then work it all over your piercing. Twist the ring, and then do the same with water to rinse. Hope this helps!
