How much Lemongrass equals to ?
I have a recipe that calls for 3 stalks of lemongrass. I purchased a bag of lemongrass at the local farmers market and it is in cut up little pieces. Any idea how much would be equal to 3 stalks?

You use very little of a stalk of lemon grass, so try as above, a tablespoon of minced fresh lemongrass at first.
Add 1 tablespoon first and then taste the recipe. You can always add more if needed.
