I found a bug on my lemon tree and it looks like a big fat worm. I pocked it with a stick and these orange things came out of what seems to be its mouth. Then I found 4 more of them. Does anyone know what this thing is and how do I get rid of it .

Sounds like the caterpillar of a citrus butterfly.
The butterflies are beautiful but the caterpillars will devour your leaves.
Have a look at the link below & see if that is the one.
You can remove them by hand or use a caterpillar specific spray (one of the ones that contains a bacteria)
If there are only a couple & the tree is a reasonable size just let them do their thing & chew a few leaves.
Remember... without caterpillars there are no butterflies...
Is this an indoor lemon tree or an out door one?
Indoor, the best way is to simply hand remove them.
If you can ID them first, that would be important. If they are outside, they could be butterfly larvae or another beneficial insect. If you can take a photo and post it, that would be helpful in terms of ID.
this is a fuzzy photo of swallowtail larvae on lemon tree http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid...
