Last year I went out with this guy. this year I made friends with a new girl. then she started daing him.

You should move on. There are lots of other fish in the sea. Support your friend. Be just friends with him. Maybe they'll break up and he'll like you again. He might just be trying to make you jealous with your friend, though.
