i've been wearing a bra since i was 11, so to think that you have coped as you are 19 is unbelievable! does it not hurt? gaaawd. anyway, just wear a push-up bra as these make your boobs look more perky and makes the bust more defined. this is a low-cost way rather than spending thousands of dollars on surgery.

Ok, then my last answer didnt work for you. I would suggest padding even though u don't really need it, because it is the easiest thing to do besides a push up bra. Or you can take ur dress to a tailor and insert some kind of corset or something. Hope I helped, again and good luck! :)

Well you I heard they can cost about $5,000 to $15,000. But you really need to see a surgeon and ask what their prices are for it. But if you have to save money up you can wear a push-up bra until surgery day. lol
