That's a pretty strange question. But, running at 62c which is about normal you can expect 5-10 years depending on how well you care for the rest of the computer. If you semi-anually open the box and vacuum out the dust bunnies and use a can of air to keep garbage out of the heat sync you'll likely be on the positive side of that number. Longevity is largely based on your ability to cool the CPU, so get a good CPU heat sync and fan and keep it clean.

An AMD 945? Max temp is 71C. I would not worry about it. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
A long time? 62 degrees is rather hot, but not dangerously so.
i have one. depends if your overlcocking or not. should be alrite. around 75 degrees or above is when you need to worry.
