I am a soon to be 21 year old college student who works nearly full time as a server. Oh and I am also a female! I will completely 100% honestly admit that I have a horrible diet. I have a crazy schedule and I pretty much either eat at work everyday (I work at Bdubs) or I grab something fast from somewhere on the way to school. And I drink A LOT of pop ( I am desperately trying to quit.) I am a few pounds overweight but it's nothing scary or life threatening (even though I know my diet is). I am trying to change my diet to healthier alternatives but anyways back to my question... I am ALWAYS exhausted. I never have any energy and I have no motivation to do anything besides sleep. On my days off I literally sleep all day. I am tired of living this way! I know it is my unhealthy diet that is doing this to me and I am taking small steps at a time to fix it and I have started by buying a vitamin. It is that new Women's One A Day gummy vitamins. I have been taking these for 2 days now but I just read somewhere that these aren't a very good vitamin to take. I really like them because they are easy and I can just pop one in my mouth and run to class or work. But I am really wanting something to help with my energy level.

Do you live near a trader joes? They have many different types of vitamins for women and also different herbal supplements that can boost your energy. If it is hard for you to eat healthy, start with baby steps, or just drink a lot of water! Water helps to detoxify your system from the nasty chemicals that are in a lot of the food you eat, an try to eat foods that contain a lot of fiber! (salads, fruits, whole grain bread, nuts, beans, etc) Ginseng is a good herbal supplement that will help you focus and boost your energy. If anything, try to find a health food store in your area that will have better vitamins and herbs for your body. Vitamin d is a good vitamin to take if you're feeling lethargic.
