So a few days ago my friend told me that I was stick thin and needed to gain weight ._. I've always thought that I'm normal. I'm pretty sure I am. I'm a girl, 13 years old, 5'1" and 83 pounds.
Frankly, I don't think I'm only bone. I do have curves; my measurements are 31-22-32. I'm at a healthy weight right? My fat percentage is 15% and I exercise everyday by doing sit-ups and crunches and I swim during weekends. I dance and I use the hula hoop. I also plan to incorporate rope skipping into my daily exercise. Some online calculators put my fat percentage at 12-13%. You can see the outline of abs on my stomach. I'm not too skinny right? ._.

Holy cow. only 83 pounds? it's normal for an under-developed (pre pubescent) 13 year old but you should try and put on a few pounds. you're underweight by quite a bit. 90-100 pounds is healthier. but don't sweat it too much. as long as you're not starving yourself i'm sure you're fine.
I think you're fine. Your body will develop more over time and well equal out once you get older. Just make sure to eat what you want, but also eat healthy! If you want, you can gain little weight. Do whatever feels comfortable for you!
About 95 would be the healthy minimum. If you're REALLY petite, maybe 90.
Your BMI is 15.7, which would be underweight for an adult, but is perfectly fine for a girl your age.
